Grand Ayatullah Sistani says that if two cities share the same horizon, then sighting at one city can be considered as sighting at another city. I did not get what is meant by same horizon. If His eminence feels that it is the visibility curve, then these curves change from month to month. I hope some light will be thrown on this. |
