I think that it isn't possible to have more then one page in blogger. I am trying to say that u cant just scroll down to the bottom of the main page and lets say chose second page and so on. U can have just main page in blogger, but u have an option to set how many posts will be visible in that one page, you can do that with clicking on layout/then click on edit where is written Blog posts, and there u will find Number of posts on main page.
