Think I figured out a solution to my problem. Either that or I have to start deleting some parts.

Yeah, um... as Aquamancia said, this game has a parts limit of 511 pieces. Every time that "Parts Creation Failure" message appears my heart sinks a little bit, because on the older versions, that error would occasionally throw you out of the editor (deleting anything you had done since the last time you saved.) It's a good thing that was fixed in the later versions!

Fraxy bosses have a maximum of 511 parts. That's why you got an error when you tried to place down the rolling panel and core.
