Yay for mobile ads! It could be a good thing. I'm sure most vloggers are like me and get lots of views from mobile viewers but the views have not been monetized. I think people are used to ads and know they are necessary for vloggers to get compensated for their content. Can't wait to see how it pans out. Another homerun ReelSeo!

I really don't like this moodwall thing, it doesn't really allow the freedom to see categories and so i can't find cool random videos. It doesn't let you see multiple videos of one type or other its annoying as hell.

You need talent, yes. Sustaining any initial push you get comes from hard work. Hard work sometimes reveals talent that is already there (Freddie Wong is a good example). Full-time You-Tuber is still a really lofty plateau that not a ton of people are going to reach.
