Hi, when editing the form and you have selected to use SWR, click the 'SELECT' button on Email Addresses. If you have not registered an email address before you will need to add the email address in the New Target 'Email Address' field then click the 'Add New' button. That account will then be sent an email which you'll need to verify using the link which is included within. Once done, you can go back into this screen and you'll see your email address with a '(confirmed)' line. Simply select it.
